Working Principle
- Return stroke: High-pressure hydraulic oil enters piston lower cavity, push piston upward to compress rear accumulator nitrogen, hydraulic energy converts into nitrogen compression potential energy for storage.
- Commutation stage: Piston moves to upper limit to trigger main reversing valve, hydraulic oil circuit instantly switch flow direction.
- Power stroke: High-pressure oil flows into piston upper cavity + expanded nitrogen releases stored energy, dual force push piston accelerate downward at high speed.
- Impact working: Piston bottom end face strike chisel instantly, mechanical impact force transfers to rock & concrete for breaking operation.
- Single blow finished, oil circuit reset, piston starts new round return stroke, cycle continuous striking work.
