Excavator Hydraulic Breaker Rubber Hose SB50 4 Layer Steel Wire Explosion Proof

This high-pressure hydraulic hose is specially customized for 100 type hydraulic breakers including SB50, RM100 and EDDIE100, compatible with excavators from 9 to 13 tons, standard pipe size 3/4 inch (DN19), designed for oil inlet & return pipeline of rock breaker.

The hose is constructed with 4 layers of high-tensile steel wire spiral reinforcement: inner synthetic rubber tube resists hydraulic oil erosion, multi-layer steel wire provides strong pressure bearing capacity, outer thickened abrasion-resistant rubber with optional stainless steel spring guard protects the hose from rock scratch and sand abrasion on construction sites.

Rated working pressure matches breaker system 140–170bar, burst pressure up to 35–42MPa, excellent anti-pulse performance to cope with frequent alternating hydraulic impact during continuous hammer operation, effectively prevent oil leakage and hose burst under high pressure.

Fittings are heavy-duty one-piece cast steel with precision thread, available in straight and elbow ends, compatible with GB, Eddie, Soosan and Korean-brand 100 breakers. Widely used in quarrying, roadbed excavation, building demolition and tunnel construction; working temperature range: -40℃~120℃, anti-aging & ozone resistance. Four layers of high-strength steel wire are wound in cross symmetrical layers with uniform density, forming a balanced pressure-bearing framework to disperse instantaneous impact pressure. Secondary high-temperature vulcanization process tightly integrates steel wire and rubber into one piece, improving overall structural toughness and compression resistance. The outer rubber layer adds anti-wear and anti-aging additives to enhance outdoor environmental adaptability. Every finished excavator hydraulic breaker hose passes strict hydraulic pressure impact test, bending fatigue test and air tightness detection to ensure explosion-proof and leak-free performance under long-term heavy-load operation.
