Premium SB151 hydraulic breaker chisel, four-sided forged 175mm heavy-duty rock chisel for Soosan SB151. 42CrMo wear-resistant hydraulic hammer chisel with 3x longer life, direct replacement for 40–45 ton excavators.
Manufacturing Process
- Material Cutting: Precision cutting of 42CrMo alloy steel billets to required length
- Heating: Induction heating to 1220°C for uniform temperature distribution
- Four-Sided Forging: 4000-ton hydraulic press forging to form the chisel shape
- Rough Machining: Turning and milling to create basic dimensions
- Heat Treatment: Quenching and tempering to achieve core hardness
- Induction Hardening: Deep hardening of the working end to HRC 52–56
- Finish Machining: CNC grinding to achieve final dimensions and surface finish
- Quality Inspection: 100% hardness testing, dimensional check and crack detection
- Packaging: Anti-rust treatment and individual packaging with part number
