The XY Heavy-duty Grizzly Feeder is an optimized model developed by Xinyida Machinery, featuring a specially designed grizzly. Based on in-depth research of vibration principles and mechanical structures, combined with years of successful feeder manufacturing experience, this machine is engineered to solve one critical problem: excessive mud in raw materials negatively affecting crushing.

The feeder provides uniform feeding of large-sized materials before coarse crushing. Meanwhile, the grizzly effectively removes fine materials such as mud and achieves pre-screening, thus boosting coarse crushing capacity. Adopting a heavy-duty structure with shaft eccentricity and block eccentricity combined, the feeder withstands impact from falling large materials.

The XY Heavy-duty Grizzly Feeder features a unique three-stage grizzly design that effectively prevents feeding blockages, better pre-screens out mud and small-sized sand and gravel, and improves the crushing efficiency of the entire production line.

Equipped with a variable frequency speed-regulating motor, it allows convenient and quick adjustment of feeding flow. The side plates of the XY Heavy-duty Grizzly Feeder are made of high-yield strength steel plates, with reinforced steel plates at the exciter area to ensure overall strength. The screen body adopts Huck rivets and a hemming process, eliminating stress concentration caused by welding. This prevents frame loosening and deformation under long-term operation, giving the feeder higher fatigue strength and outstanding durability.

Features include high fatigue strength, durable construction, specially designed reinforcing plates, a bending process, and non-welded side plates.

The exciting force is generated jointly by shaft eccentricity and eccentric blocks rotating on the eccentric shaft, delivering stronger vibration, smoother operation, and longer service life.

With advanced manufacturing technology, the entire screen body is processed on a gantry boring and milling machine for double-side milling and boring, ensuring perfect alignment and concentricity for exciter assembly. The bearing housings are made of special alloy steel, avoiding the high wear that causes bearing outer race rotation in conventional materials. This eliminates frequent bearing housing replacements. The housings feature excellent wear resistance and deformation resistance.

The bearings adopt an advanced thin oil lubrication system. Compared with grease lubrication, it features better cooling performance, easier cleaning, low resistance from oil film formation, and lower cost. Combined with a special labyrinth seal design to prevent oil leakage, bearing service life is more than doubled.
