TJR CNC Rotary Tables AR Series - Left Side Motor
TJR CNC Rotary Tables with minimum indexing angle of 0.001° from the AR Series feature powerful pneumatic brake systems. Available models: AR(s)-125L, AR(s)-170L, AR(s)-210L, and AR(s)-250L.
Product Characteristics
The worm shaft is manufactured from case-hardened steel, featuring a specially designed and profile-corrected gear arrangement that delivers higher efficiency, increased load carrying capacity, and precise accuracy. The worm gear is constructed from a special non-ferrous alloy with high anti-wearing properties.
A unique profile on the worm gear ensures improved gear engagement between the worm gear and worm shaft, guaranteeing enhanced accuracy, reduced wear & tear, and uniform load distribution. This advanced transmission mechanism is utilized in all standard 4th axis and 5th axis worm gear rotary tables.
