A: The tail sandblasting forms a uniform matte rough surface through micro-particle physical bombardment. Its core function is to increase the coefficient of friction, effectively preventing the needle shaft from slipping at the handle interface during rotation, twisting, or connection to external instruments (e.g., syringes, catheters), ensuring effective torque transmission and operational precision. Regarding subsequent processes, our sandblasting process strictly controls the depth and roughness (typically between Ra 0.4-1.6). This microscopic rough surface not only does not hinder the energy focus of precision welding (e.g., laser welding) but actually provides better mechanical interlocking for the weld points. It also does not affect the adhesion of subsequent hydrophilic coatings, as the coating process is specifically designed to treat such surfaces.

A: Straightness directly determines whether the needle shaft will deflect or touch the wall when penetrating deep into a lumen; high straightness means a more stable guiding path and higher pass-through rate. We ensure extremely high straightness standards (typically controlled within 0.1mm/m) through precision cold drawing combined with multi-stage in-line annealing. For surface treatment, electrolytic polishing technology​ is used to achieve ultra-low Ra values (typically <0.2μm)​ for both inner and outer walls, ensuring smooth fluid delivery and cleanliness within the lumen.
