A1: We mainly adopt 304 and 316L stainless steel. 316L is more recommended for liquid contact laboratory or medical application.
Q2: Can we adjust slot width and slot length at the tail section?
A2: Yes. Slot width, slot depth and slot length are all customizable. Please mark exact slot parameters on your technical drawing.
Q3: Will the tail slot produce burrs after cutting process?
A3: We apply secondary deburring process after slot cutting. Slot inner and outer edges are clean without burrs to prevent particle dropping.
Q4: Can you provide samples for function verification?
A4: Sample making is available. Sample cost and lead time depend on tube size and slot processing complexity. Please send drawing for accurate quotation.
Q5: What surface treatment can you supply?
A5: Electrolytic polishing, mechanical polishing and passivation are available to improve surface cleanliness and corrosion resistance.
