Q1: What material choices are available for this interlocking snake bone tube?
A1: We mainly adopt medical grade 304 and 316L stainless steel for mass production. Nitinol alloy can also be supplied if you need super‑elastic performance. Special material will bring higher cost and longer lead‑time, we will inform you before formal quotation.
Q2: What surface finish do you apply for this snake bone tube by default? Can I upgrade high polishing?
A2: For snake bone tube and non‑sampling‑needle products, ordinary surface finish is used by default with Ra 0.8‑1.0μm. Ra ≤0.2μm high polishing is standard only for sampling needles contacting liquid reagents. If you require ultra‑smooth surface, high polishing treatment is available with extra processing cost.

A5: Custom samples are available for assembly and performance verification. Before sample order, we need to confirm material grade, dimension, interlock structure, surface finish and bending requirement. Sample cost depends on processing complexity, and mass production can proceed after sample specification is confirmed.
