Q1: What stainless steel grades are available for this meniscus suture curved needle?
A1: We mainly supply medical grade 304 and 316L stainless steel. 316L is recommended for tissue contact scenarios for better corrosion resistance.
A2: We apply standard surface finish Ra0.8-1.0μm for this product. If you have special high polishing requirements, please inform us in advance for separate process evaluation and quotation.
A3: Tube outer diameter, inner diameter, total length, curve radius, tip bevel angle and marking interval are customizable within our processing capacity under ±0.02mm tolerance. Please provide technical drawings for feasibility evaluation.
A4: After tube cutting, tip bending and forming, multi-step internal and external deburring and cleaning will be performed. Each finished needle will be inspected to remove micro-burrs to avoid extra tissue injury.
A5: Custom samples are available for assembly and puncture performance test. Before sample order, we need to confirm material grade, dimension parameters, curve requirement, marking specification and surface finish. Sample cost depends on processing complexity, mass production can start after sample specification confirmation.
