Flowserve Gaspac dry gas seals incorporate non contacting lift-off technology to provide low break away torque and reliable performance under all operating conditions. The Gaspac is a standardized modular design in various configurations.

- Compressor Outlet Pressure: 0.48 to 0.795 MPa
- Design Pressure: 1.06 MPa
- Design Temperature: -35 to 120 °C
- Compressor Inlet Gas Temperature: -1 to 50 °C

- Medium: Hydrogen, methane, ethane, propane, butane, butene, pentane, carbon dioxide, etc.
- Due to the high operating pressure, only explosion-proof spring energized seals with explosion-proof properties can be selected for the auxiliary sealing rings in the high-pressure section.
- The structural component design must undergo rigorous static analysis and optimization.
- The stability of the dynamic pressure effect generated by the dynamic pressure groove and the stiffness-to-leakage ratio must undergo rigorous dynamic analysis and verification tests.
- The isolation sealing structure requires special design and testing to ensure accurate control of compressed air consumption, thereby meeting the control requirements for the explosion limit of the secondary leakage channel.
