FIW4 0.090mm Green Full Insulated Enameled Copper Wire is a high-precision ultra-fine 4-layer full insulated wire (FIW4), non self-bonding, Class 130/155/180 thermal grade. Adopting 99.95% high-purity oxygen-free copper conductor with four-layer reinforced polyester insulation and uniform green pinhole-free enamel coating, this FIW4 wire delivers stable dielectric strength, reliable voltage resistance and consistent dimensional accuracy.

Compared with ordinary 1-2 layer UEW enameled wire, the 4-layer full insulation structure effectively eliminates inter-turn short circuit and insulation breakdown during high-density tight winding. It is widely used for standard industrial micro coils, mini inductors, consumer electronics and general precision winding applications.
