HUAYE Self-Bonding Litz Wire is manufactured by stranding multiple self-bonding polyurethane enamelled copper wires into a precise litz construction.
Each individual strand is coated with both polyurethane insulation and a self-bonding layer. During coil manufacturing, the bonding layer can be activated by heat, allowing the winding to maintain its shape without additional tapes, adhesives, or varnish treatment.
The litz structure effectively reduces skin effect and proximity effect losses in high-frequency applications while the self-bonding property improves coil stability and production efficiency.
