Overview

Self-bonding polyurethane litz wire with Grade 2 standard enamel thickness and Z twist direction. It adopts polyurethane (UEW) base enamel featuring excellent direct solderability without stripping the insulation layer. The outer self-bond coating enables coils to form a fixed shape after heating, eliminating extra adhesive. This litz wire is constructed with multiple fine copper strands twisted together, effectively reducing skin effect and proximity loss under high-frequency operation. It has uniform enamel film, low static friction coefficient, stable dielectric loss of base enamel and bonding overcoat, as well as reliable soft breakdown resistance that keeps intact without breakdown.
