Overview

This is a grade 1 enamel layer round copper wire with Class H thermal resistance up to 180°C, manufactured in strict accordance with JIS standards. It features uniform thin polyurethane insulation with stable dielectric strength and outstanding thermal shock & softening breakdown resistance. This wire supports direct soldering without stripping enamel, greatly simplifying coil terminal welding procedures. The surface maintains a low static friction coefficient, enabling smooth feeding and neat winding on high-speed automatic winding machines, with tightly controlled finished outer diameter to guarantee consistent winding density.
