0.067mm Recycled Copper Eco Self-Bonding Enameled Wire
This is a0.067mm ultra-fine thermoplastic self-bonding enameled copper wire with Thermal Class H (180℃). It adopts recycled copper conductor and low-VOC eco-friendly insulating varnish, fully compliant with RoHS and REACH environmental standards.
As a thermoplastic hot-air bonding wire, it enables easy coil forming via 120–150℃ hot air curing with reliable bonding strength. The wire surface presents smooth finish, uniform color, consistent winding tension, no scratches and no performance-defective defects. Featuring excellent flexibility and precise wire diameter tolerance, it is ideal for high-precision miniature skeleton-free coil mass production. This wire is direct solderable, greatly improving production efficiency for electronic coil assembly.

Q1: Is this wire direct solderable?
A1: Yes. The polyurethane insulation layer can self-volatilize at soldering temperature. No stripping agent or laser stripping is required, supporting fast and automatic soldering
Q2: How does the wire winding keep its shape?
A2: Hot-air self-bonding. This is thermoplastic self-bonding enameled wire. After winding, heat the coil by hot air (120~150°C). The outer bonding coating melts and sticks adjacent wires together. The coil will maintain shape after cooling.
Q3: Can I reheat and adjust coil shape after bonding?
A3: Yes. The thermoplastic bonding layer will soften again when heated to bonding temperature. You can reshape and re-fix the coil, bringing greater flexibility for trial production.
