Indoor High Voltage Sulfur Hexafluoride Load Switch

The FLN36-12 Indoor High-Voltage AC SF6 Load Break Switch is a compact, gas-insulated switching device designed for 12kV/50Hz three-phase power systems. Widely used in ring main units (RMUs), compact substations, and distribution networks, it performs core functions of load current switching, circuit isolation, and earthing, serving as a key component for power distribution control and protection.

1. SF6 Gas Insulation & Arc Extinguishing
   • Utilizes SF6 gas as both insulating and arc-extinguishing medium, ensuring reliable arc quenching and stable performance under various load conditions.
   • Fully sealed epoxy resin housing prevents gas leakage and internal condensation, enabling maintenance-free long-term operation.
2. Three-Station Design (Close/Open/Ground)
   • Integrates closing, opening, and earthing functions in one unit, meeting the "five-prevention" safety requirements.
   • Built-in mechanical interlocks prevent misoperations such as earthing with load or closing with earthing.
3. High Reliability & Durability
   • Rated for 10,000+ mechanical operation cycles, with strong resistance to environmental factors like humidity and dust.
   • Compact, modular design saves cabinet space and simplifies installation in ring main units.
4. Flexible Application Options
   • Available in standard load switch (FLN36-12) and fuse-combination (FLRN36-12) versions, the latter providing overcurrent protection for distribution transformers.
