1. Q:What is the wood material you use to manufacture the plywood?
A:Because our factory is located in south China, we normally use eucalyptus veneer or pine veneer to produce plywood core.
2. Q:I found many other factories using poplar veneer, what is the difference between poplar veneer and eucalyptus veneer.
A:Eucalyptus veneer: Eucalyptus belongs to the category of hardwoods. Eucalyptus widely planted in tropical and subtropical regions. It has a hard texture, high density, and high strength, with good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It usually has a higher price due to its hardness and durability.
Poplar veneer: Poplar belongs to the category of softwoods. Poplar is mainly distributed in northern China. It has a soft texture, low density, and is lightweight, making it easy to process and carve. The price is relatively lower because of its soft texture and short growth cycle.
3. Q:Is the reuse number of times of eucalyptus construction formwork more than poplar construction formwork?
A:In general, eucalyptus construction formwork of the same thickness can be used 2 to 5 times more than poplar construction formwork, depending on the thickness.
4. Q:How long will it take to produce my order?
A:Normally, production process takes 7-15 days after we confirm order. Shipments to your country will take another 15 – 50 days, depending on which country or region you are in.
5. Q:Can I ask for a piece of sample before making my decision?
A:Yes, We don't charge for sample. You only need to pay the delivery cost to us. Once the order is confirmed, the cost will be deducted from the total payment.
