III. Structure and Parameters
1. Installation Method: Four-hole flange fixed type, directly assembled on the oil filling port of the top of the hydraulic oil tank.
2. Built-in: Air filter element + bidirectional pressure relief valve core, positive pressure exhaust, negative pressure suction, standard pressure adjustment 0.05MPa (PAG-005).
3. Material: Valve body cast steel + precision filter paper assembly, dustproof, waterproof, and resistant to hydraulic oil corrosion.

IV. Product Functions
1. Balance the internal and external air pressure of the oil tank when the oil level rises/falls and oil temperature changes, preventing the oil tank from collapsing, bulging, or deforming.
2. Inhaled air is filtered through the filter element, isolating dust and impurities to avoid hydraulic oil contamination and main pump wear.
3. Equipped with a manual pressure relief button for pressure relief and排气 before oil change and maintenance.
V. Fault Phenomena & Maintenance
- Clogging and failure: Negative pressure in the oil tank → main pump cavitation noise, weak operation, high oil temperature, oil tank concave deformation;
- Maintenance cycle: Check and replace the built-in filter element every 500~1000 hours; replace every 500 hours under harsh working conditions.
