SY365H, SY375H, SY395H, SY485H Euro IV models. Dedicated to HVME400 valve; 070000 and Kawasaki KMX32 valve parts cannot be mixed.
II. Key Parameters
1. Factory-set Pressure: 33.5 MPa (335 bar), Swivel Motor Dedicated Overload + Make-up Two-in-One Valve
2. Installation Position: Insertion holes on both sides of the swivel valve plate, 1 each on left and right
3. Structure: Insertion-type integrated, with built-in overload relief and negative pressure make-up check valve functions
III. Differentiation from HVME400-070000 (150688000156)
- 070000 (35.5 MPa): Boom/Arm/Bucket Cylinder Overload Valve, only relief, no make-up function
- 080000 (33.5 MPa): Dedicated for swivel, dual function of overload pressure relief and negative pressure make-up, lower pressure than cylinder overload valve
IV. Function Description
1. Overload Protection: Overflow during swivel stall or collision to protect swivel motor housing and distributor plate
2. Negative Pressure Make-up: Check valve opens to supply oil when negative pressure (suction) is generated by swivel inertia during start/stop, eliminating swivel vibration, abnormal noise, and cavitation
V. Common Faults
1. Spool Internal Leakage: Weak swivel power, slow swivel speed on one side, brake creep
2. Stuck Make-up Check Valve: Swivel vibration,哒哒 (dada) abnormal noise, motor overheating
3. Softened Spring: Swivel stall pressure relief, weak in-place turning

Original factory Hengli with steel stamp model and pre-set pressure; inferior brands have poor make-up sealability and are prone to swivel vibration faults.
