Product Description

HVME400-016000 Priority Valve Pilot Control Valve Assembly
Hengli Part Number: HVME400-016000|02.02.32
Sany Material Code: 150688000159
Compatible Valve Body: Hengli HVME400 Positive Flow Main Control Valve (D4 Dedicated for SY365H/375H/395H/485H)
I. Machine Model Compatibility
Dedicated to D4 models SY365H, SY375H, SY395H, SY415H, and SY485 with the HVME400 distributor valve. Not interchangeable with the old Kawasaki KMX32 valve body.
II. Installation Location & Structure
1. Installation: Oil inlet manifold priority valve module, pilot control valve for HVME400-017000 priority cone valve core (used in conjunction with part number 150688000158 as a set).
2. Composition: Small pilot valve core + valve sleeve + pressure adjustment spring + throttling damper + sealing kit, cartridge-style small valve.
3. Functional Logic: Pilot oil drives the opening and closing of the 017000 main cone valve core, controlling the switching of the steering priority oil circuit.
III. Original Factory Parameters
Pilot control opening pressure differential: 0.7~0.9MPa, benchmark control component for the overall priority logic.
IV. Core Functions
1. Pilot signal controls the opening and closing of the priority valve: When steering, pilot oil pressure is output → this valve actuates, pushing open the 01700 priority cone valve, prioritizing oil supply to steering; when not steering, the valve core resets, and all main pump oil flows into the working system (boom/arm/bucket).
2. Balances flow during compound operations: Ensures sufficient oil for steering, smooth operation without stalling, and coordinated fast/slow movements during simultaneous walking and digging.
3. Forms an integral steering priority system with the 01700 cone valve core; essential and cannot be omitted.
V. Common Faults
1. Valve core wear and internal leakage: Steering priority fails, causing unstable steering, insufficient oil for steering leading to hesitation and jamming, and slower dry operation speeds.
2. Damper hole blockage or valve core sticking (stuck open): Long-term priority oil supply to steering, resulting in insufficient main oil circuit flow, weak lifting and bucket retraction throughout the vehicle.
3. Spring fatigue and failure: Disrupted priority pressure differential, normal under light load but severe speed drop during heavy load compound operations.
VI. Part Differentiation
- Original Hengli: Valve core precision lapped, standard damper hole diameter, stable priority pressure differential;
- Aftermarket: Prone to damper clogging and pressure drift, frequently causing oil competition faults between steering and working actions later on.
