Sany SR360H Auger Drill (Main 36-ton Class Auger Drill, Maximum Bore Diameter 2.5m, Drilling Depth 90m). Interchangeable with SR365H on the same platform. Not interchangeable with excavator SSF1405 series turntables.

IV. Assembly Position
Installed between the upper chassis and the track undercarriage. It bears the full self-weight of the mast, drill pipe, and counterweight. 360° whole machine rotation is achieved by meshing the internal gear with the rotary motor reducer.

VI. Common Faults
1. Excessive Raceway Wear Gap: Rotary looseness, drilling deviation, mast shaking, mostly due to lack of lithium grease maintenance and mud/water entering the raceway;
2. Gear Tooth Breakage: Rotary jamming impact, reducer misalignment, overloading and forced turning;
3. Outer Ring Oil Leakage: Damaged dustproof oil seal, lithium grease leakage, sand entering balls, accelerating turntable scrapping.
VII. Original Factory Identification
Original factory model 12673087 has SANY + SSF1600/70CWH steel stamp on the outer ring and comes with original Sote factory certificate. Sub-plant products have no steel stamp, insufficient gear surface quenching hardness, and are prone to wear under heavy construction loads in a short time.
