Product Description

PVD8PC6035 Sany Original Walking Pedal Pilot Valve | Material Code: 60283709
Original Factory Fitment: Japan Kawasaki
I. Compatible Models
Sany medium excavators and above.
II. Product Parameters
1. Model PVD8PC6035: Dual-channel independent pilot pedal, integrated left-right walking assembly
- Upper rubber dust-proof pedal: 3 oil ports each for left and right, pilot oil outlets; 4 main oil ports at the bottom of the valve body (P inlet, T return, 1/5 left/right pilot control oil)
- Factory-set pilot output pressure: 0~3.2MPa linear output, precise pump displacement control for positive flow systems
2. Oil Port Definitions
- P: Inlet port for pilot pump oil; T: Return port to hydraulic oil tank
- 1, 5: Output left and right walking pilot oil to the walking spool of the HVME400 distributor valve respectively
3. Structure: Integrated aluminum alloy valve block + dual-layer corrugated dust-proof rubber gaskets, preventing mud and pilot dust from jamming the valve
III. Installation Location
Pedal installation position on the driver's cab floor plate, connected to the pilot piping → Priority throttle valve DXJLF-210-1.1 (A220401000609) → HVME400 priority pilot valve group.
IV. Core Functions
1. Independent Left-Right Walking Control: Single-sided walking by stepping on one pedal; synchronized straight walking by stepping on both pedals. The travel distance corresponds to the pilot pressure, controlling the speed of the walking motor.
2. Compatibility with Compound Operations: While walking, operating the boom/bucket together, coordinated with the steering priority valve to achieve synergistic walking + digging + steering actions.
3. Center Unloading: When the pedal is released, the valve core resets, pilot oil returns to the oil tank, and the walking motor stops.
V. Common Faults
1. Internal Valve Core Wear and Leakage: Weak walking force and inability to increase speed when the pedal is pressed to the bottom; elevated oil temperature at the P port due to internal leakage.
2. Damaged Dust Cover and Dust Ingress: Jammed valve core, causing walking sticking, deviation, and failure to stop at the center position.
3. Aging and Oil Leakage of Valve Body Oil Port Seals: Insufficient pilot pressure, resulting in slow acceleration of the entire machine's walking.
