Opening Temperature: 82℃ (Standard type)

Installation: Installed between engine water channel and radiator to control coolant circulation.

2. Material & Specifications

  • Thermal Element: High-quality wax component, accurate temperature control and quick response.
  • Housing: Stainless steel & cast aluminum, high strength, corrosion and heat resistant.
  • Seal: High-temperature rubber gasket for excellent leakproof performance.
Temperature Range:
  • Initial Opening: 82℃
  • Full Opening: 95℃±2℃
  • Working Temperature: -40℃ ~ +120℃
Notes: Direct replacement for 6HK1 engine. Not interchangeable with 76.5℃ thermostat (8-97602-0353).
