3. Material & Structure
Filter Media: Imported Boston synthetic fiber composite filter paper with multi-layer gradient filtration structure. The filtration efficiency reaches 99%, much higher than ordinary filter paper.
End Cap: Made of high-strength cold-rolled steel plate, equipped with explosion-proof rubber seal and precision sealed rivets to eliminate oil leakage risk under high temperature.
Housing: Reinforced cold-rolled steel plate with anti-corrosion coating, impact-resistant and anti-aging, suitable for humid, dusty and other harsh environments.
Internal Structure: Built-in check valve and bypass valve. The check valve prevents oil backflow after engine shutdown and protects the engine from dry friction during startup. The bypass valve opens automatically when the filter is clogged to avoid engine damage caused by oil cut-off.

5. Installation & Replacement
Installation Position: Oil filter base on the side of engine cylinder block
Replacement Cycle: Every 250 hours under normal working conditions; every 100–150 hours under harsh working conditions
Installation Instructions: Clean the filter base before replacement. Coat the new seal ring with engine oil. Tighten manually first, then turn another 3/4 turn. Do not over-tighten to prevent thread damage.
6. Common Faults & Impacts
Clogged Filter Element: Rising oil pressure and insufficient oil flow lead to poor engine lubrication, abnormal noise and accelerated wear. Severe clogging may cause cylinder scuffing.
Aged Seal Ring: Oil leakage results in insufficient oil level, engine overheating, power loss and oil pressure alarm activation.
Damaged Filter Media: Contaminants enter the engine and aggravate wear on crankshaft, connecting rod and camshaft, eventually causing engine failure.
