Filter Media: Imported Boston synthetic fiber composite filter paper with double-layer gradient filtration, filtration efficiency up to 99.9%.
End Cap: Made of high-strength cold-rolled steel plate, equipped with explosion-proof rubber seal and precision rivet sealing to prevent oil leakage at high temperature.
Housing: Reinforced cold-rolled steel plate with anti-corrosion coating, impact-resistant and anti-aging, suitable for humid and dusty environments.
Internal Structure: Built-in check valve and bypass valve. The check valve prevents fuel backflow after shutdown and avoids dry friction during engine start-up. The bypass valve opens automatically when the filter is clogged to protect the engine.

5. Installation & Replacement
Installation Position: Engine fuel pipeline and fuel pump inlet
Replacement Cycle: Every 250 hours under normal working conditions; every 100–150 hours under harsh working conditions
Installation Instructions: Clean the mounting base thoroughly. Apply a small amount of diesel fuel to the new seal ring. Tighten manually first, then turn another 3/4 turn. Do not over-tighten to avoid thread damage.
6. Common Faults & Impacts
Clogged Filter Element: Insufficient fuel pressure and reduced flow lead to weak engine power, unstable idling and blocked fuel injectors.
Aged Seal Ring: Fuel leakage and air ingress cause difficult starting, sudden stalling and power loss.
Damaged Filter Media: Contaminants enter the fuel system and accelerate wear of high-pressure oil pumps and injectors, resulting in engine malfunctions.
