A3: 12 months warranty for our machines. During the warranty period, we provide free replacement parts (circuit boards) while broken parts should be returned.

Q6: What are the advantages of your product?

A6: Our machines come with a one-year guarantee (excluding nozzle, other ink systems, and human damage). Due to the consumable nature of our industry, we do not support unconditional returns.

Q7: Does your company's sublimation ink have clogging phenomenon?

A7: Our sublimation ink/DTF ink is suitable for EPSON and Ricoh print head printers. With particles less than 0.2μm, there is no clogging phenomenon. Our printer ink has received excellent customer feedback.
