Precautions
1. Before mass production, you must test the heat transfer sample first, and then proceed to mass production after passing the test.
2. The "randomness" of the hot stamping: the mistakes caused by the lack of personnel in the hot stamping experience. "Anyone can hot stamp" this is wrong! The heat press machine's temperature, pressure, and the placement position of the pattern all affect the effect of the heat press!
3. "One-time" heat transfer: Some people may think that "the heat transfer has glue, then you can tear it off and reset it again", which is also wrong. The heat transfer is transferred to the clothing at high temperature, so it can't be used again! 4. The "temperature-dependent" of heat transfer: For heat transfer clothing, in the summer when the temperature of the person's own temperature is high, plus the high temperature outside, you feel that the heat transfer is very soft and kind of melting when you touch it. The feeling of falling. This is its deformation with temperature, and the temperature will return to its original appearance when the temperature is normal.
5. The hot stamping has great requirements for the pattern: the resolution must be above 300 X 300 to be hot stamped, and the pattern must not be too fine, otherwise the hot stamping effect will not be realistic and similar.
6. The workmanship must be meticulous, a heat transfer will be scrapped if there is a slight difference. Such more losses to the producers cannot be ignored, so the producers are required to keep improving!
7. "Limitations" of heat transfer: It is only suitable for hot stamping on most cloth clothes and cloth products, and can only be hot stamped on flat objects. (This is also the most deadly point)
