Printer inks available include DTF ink, Sublimation ink, Dye ink, Pigment ink, LED UV ink, Eco solvent ink etc. These inks come with free ICC color profile. We are a one-stop printout supplier.

Q2: What's your payment method?
A2: Payment method is T/T (Wire Transfer) or LC, PAYPAL, Western Union etc. It depends on the country difference.
Q3: How about Warranty?
A3: 12 months warranty for our machines. During warranty period, we will send free parts for replacement (circuit boards) while broken parts should be sent back.
Q4: If I have some technical problem, how can you help us to solve it?
A4: Detailed description, photos or video will help our technician analyze the problem and give solution accordingly.
Q5: Can we send our technician to your factory for training?

Q6: What are the advantages of your product?
A6: Our machine has a one-year guarantee service (does not include nozzle, other ink system and human damage). Non-seller's reason does not support return. Because we are a consumable industry, relatively special, we do not support unconditional refund.
Q7: Does your company's sublimation ink have plugging phenomenon?
A7: Our sublimation ink/DTF ink is suitable for EPSON print head and Ricoh print head printers. The particles are less than 0.2UM, so there is no plugging phenomenon. Our printer ink have sold a lot, got many customer good comments. You can buy with confidence.
