A6: Our machines have one-year guarantee service (excluding nozzle, other ink systems, and human damage). Due to our consumables industry nature, we don't support unconditional refunds.
Q7: Does your company's sublimation ink have clogging phenomenon?
A7: Our sublimation ink/DTF ink is suitable for EPSON and Ricoh print head printers. With particles less than 0.2μm, there is no clogging phenomenon. Our printer inks have received excellent customer feedback.
