This 3535 high-power infrared SMD LED adopts premium Aluminum Nitride ceramic substrate with dimension 3.45×3.45mm and dome focusing lens for fixed 30° narrow beam, centered at 740nm IR wavelength. Ultra-low thermal resistance AlN base ensures excellent heat dissipation for 1~3W continuous operation at 350/700mA. Compliant with RoHS & REACH, widely used for VR/AR tracking light, industrial machine vision, medical physiotherapy and optical sensor modules.
