This advanced 3535 series infrared LED features an innovative dual-stack chip design that delivers stable 3V operating voltage, eliminating the need for complex voltage conversion circuits and simplifying system design. Available in 850nm and 940nm wavelength options, it provides industry-leading radiant power up to 800mW at 700mA driving current. Encapsulated in a high-thermal-conductivity ceramic substrate with a high-transmittance hemispherical dome lens, it offers uniform 120° wide-beam output and excellent heat dissipation performance. This high-power infrared emitter is the ideal core light source for long-range security surveillance, AR/VR eye tracking systems, medical phototherapy equipment and industrial optical sensing applications.
Unique dual stacked chip architecture achieves 3V forward voltage, significantly simplifying power supply design by eliminating the need for step-down conversion circuits.
