WE-SP197 is mini 0605 tri-color side-emitting SMD LED with overall size 1.6×1.5×0.6mm. Inside the package are three independent LED dies with separate gold-plated soldering terminals, supporting single-color lighting, two-color mixing and full RGB color mixing. It features a 120° uniform side light output and clear anode polarity mark, compatible with automatic SMT pick-and-place soldering.
Multiple RGB tri-color combinations are available, matching AlGaInP ultra-high brightness red/orange/amber, InGaN true green and blue chips. All items pass pulse aging test (IF=20mA, Ta=25℃, 0.1ms pulse / 1/10 duty cycle) with low light decay and long service life. Widely used for multi-status equipment indicators, charging prompt lights, automotive interior RGB atmosphere lamps, smart wearable reminder lights and miniature instrument signal lamps.
