Full birch core ensures stable bending modulus & anti-salt spray performance, ideal for yacht hull lining, ship cabin decoration and coastal dock engineering. It owns grade-1 antibacterial & zero-mildew features to avoid mold in humid marine environment, customizable on size & surface veneer to meet diverse shipbuilding demands from global shipyards.

Our Xingang HENF bionic ocean plywood is the flagship marine-grade panel independently developed by Xingang Group after years of bionic adhesive research, which simulates natural mussel adhesion principle to upgrade the internal bonding structure of wood panels. All raw timber is strictly selected from high-quality full birch logs, going through multi-layer rotary cutting, high-temperature hot pressing and sealed curing procedures to guarantee stable internal structure without core gaps or empty layers. The finished board has successfully passed authoritative BS1088 marine plywood certification and strict 72-hour continuous boiling delamination test, showing no bubbling, peeling or layering under long-term water immersion, which is the core advantage different from ordinary commercial plywood on the market.

In terms of environmental performance, the exclusive HENF zero-formaldehyde glue system controls formaldehyde emission below 0.006mg/m³, obtaining UL GreenGuard and CDPH V1.2 international environmental certificates, fully compliant with closed cabin indoor air safety standards of yachts and ships. Additional SGS antibacterial testing verifies the product reaches 99.99% bacteriostasis rate and grade one anti-mold capability, effectively resisting salt fog erosion and mildew breeding caused by long-term marine humid salt air.
