Acrylic resin coating is the key 'outerwear' that endows materials with ultimate properties. Acrylic resin is a synthetic polymer material known for its excellent weather resistance, transparency, adhesion, and flexibility. Liquid acrylic resin is uniformly adhered to the surface and fiber gaps of glass fiber cloth through processes such as impregnation, scraping, or spraying.
The process of adding stable colorants to resins or dyeing finished products. This enables the material to break through the limitations of traditional glass fiber products with monotonous colors, presenting rich and long-lasting colors, meeting the demands for aesthetics and identification functions in modern applications. Fiberglass cloth provides a sturdy skeleton, and acrylic resin solidifies to form a continuous protective and bonding layer, firmly locking in colors, resulting in a new type of material with vivid colors and composite properties.
Features
High temperature resistance and flame retardancy: Glass fiber itself does not burn, and has excellent temperature resistance (usually able to withstand temperatures above 500 ℃, depending on the coating or post-treatment process), meeting strict fire safety standards.
Corrosion resistance and chemical stability: It has good resistance to chemicals such as acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, and is suitable for harsh environments.
Electrical insulation: With excellent dielectric properties, it is an ideal electrical insulation material.
