100x120x20mm Copper Cooling Plate with Soldering Process
Copper cooling plate with soldering process. The die-casting material serves as the heat dissipation base plate, featuring nickel-plated surface and copper tube soldering as a liquid channel at 180 degrees temperature.
Liquid cold plate utilizes a pump to circulate coolant in the heat pipe for efficient heat dissipation. The heat absorption component effectively dissipates heat from various applications including electric vehicle batteries, computer CPUs, North Bridge, graphics cards, lithium batteries, 5G communication equipment, UPS and energy storage systems, and large photovoltaic inverters.
Each heat sink product undergoes multiple processes including:
- Drawing design
- CNC machining
- Friction welding stir
- Soldering
- Assembly
- Skiving and extrusion
- Testing
- Surface treatment
Our heat sinks and water cold plates are utilized across multiple industries including:
- Transportation
- CPU computers and servers
- LED lighting
- Laser equipment
- Air conditioning systems
- Any electrical products that generate heat
All heat sinks, water cold plates, and heat pipes are securely packaged in EPE foam within cartons. Additional protection is provided by wooden frames, with waterproof transparent film packaging. Larger heat sinks or water cooling plates may utilize wooden cartons with thick EPE foam for superior protection against impact.
