Our diverse product range ensures we can meet your specific thermal management requirements.
All heat sinks, water cold plates, and heat pipes are securely packed in EPE foam within reinforced cartons. For additional protection, we use wooden frames and waterproof packaging transparent film. Larger heat sinks or water cooling plates may be packaged in wooden cartons with thick EPE foam, providing excellent protection against impact and environmental factors.
