Aluminum Extruded Main Body: Integrally extruded plate-shaped aluminum base with vertical cooling fins providing large ventilation and heat dissipation area. Two pre-embedded heat pipe grooves accommodate Φ6/Φ8 sintered copper heat pipes.
Heat Pipes: Two copper heat pipes conduct rapid lateral heat transfer and uniform heat spreading, eliminating local hot spots on the aluminum base.
Friction Stir Welding: Solid-state welding with no melting, cold solder joints, or brazing filler. Direct metallurgical bonding between heat pipe walls and aluminum grooves completely eliminates traditional thermal resistance issues.
