QITDA horizontal 90-degree through-hole RJ45 shielded connector is designed with extra side metal ground spring shrapnels, standard 8P8C Ethernet pin layout. It comes pre-assembled with independent gigabit isolation transformer, EMI filter magnetic core and dual-color link/activity LED lights, fully compliant with IEEE802.3 10/100/1000Mbps gigabit Ethernet standard and compatible with 100Mbps fast Ethernet.
Horizontal straight DIP through pins match traditional wave soldering production lines perfectly. The extended side ground shrapnels lock firmly onto PCB ground pads, greatly enhancing grounding continuity and EMI shielding performance for high-noise industrial environments. Full nickel-plated metal housing blocks external electromagnetic interference and internal signal crosstalk to deliver stable high-speed data transmission.
Built-in dual LED indicators visualize working status clearly: solid green light indicates valid network link, flashing yellow light signals data transmission. Contact terminals adopt phosphor bronze base with heavy gold plating, providing ultra-low contact resistance, excellent wear resistance, strong anti-oxidation ability and thousands of reliable plug cycles.
Multiple customizable options are supported: pin length, LED color, transformer impedance, shell dimension and pinout definition.
