1.      PCB Loader: Automatically feed bare PCBs to printing station

2.      Fully Automatic Visual Solder Paste Printer: Print solder paste or adhesive; the first core process of SMT

3.      3D SPI (Solder Paste Inspection): Inspect solder paste volume, thickness, offset, insufficient/excessive solder after printing

4.      High-speed Mounter & Multi-functional Universal Mounter

￮       High-speed mounter: Mount small passive components such as 0201 / 0402 resistors and capacitors

￮       Universal mounter: Mount QFP, BGA, connectors, special-shaped ICs

5.      Reflow Oven (Lead-free): Multi-zone temperature control to melt solder paste and complete component soldering; mainstream models with 8–12 heating zones

6.      Post-reflow AOI (Automated Optical Inspection): Detect missing components, wrong parts, tombstoning, offset, cold solder, bridging

7.      X-Ray Inspection Machine (Optional): Perspective inspection of hidden solder joints under BGA/QFN; mandatory for blind & buried solder joint products

8.      PCB Unloader: Stack and collect finished PCBs
