CD1 single speed and MD1 double speed wire rope electric hoist are classic heavy-duty lifting equipment widely used in workshops, factories and overhead crane systems. The whole machine adopts cast gearbox shell and thickened steel drum, stable structure and shock resistance. Equipped with high-power pure copper motor and hard tooth reducer, the hoist runs smoothly with low noise. It has built-in electromagnetic brake, upper and lower limit switches and overload protection device to guarantee working safety. MD1 type has slow speed for precise positioning. Matched with high strengthen steel wire rope, long service life. Can be fixed type or installed on electric trolley for traveling lifting. Please read all instructions carefully before operating the wire rope electric hoist.
It is forbidden to work beyond the rated load. Only vertical hoisting is allowed; diagonal pulling and dragging cargo are not permitted. Never lift personnel, and keep everyone clear below suspended loads.
Carry out inspection on wire rope, hook, safety latch and limit devices before use. Stop using if the wire rope is worn, broken or twisted. When the hook descends to the lowest point, ensure at least two turns of wire rope stay on the drum.
The upper travel limit shall not be used as a regular stop device. Avoid lateral force which may cause the rope to jump out of the drum.
If abnormal vibration, noise or load slipping occurs, cut off power and inspect immediately. After operation, disconnect power. The hoist should be protected from rain erosion.
