Product Overview
This Grade 8.8 hot-dip galvanized M16 hex bolt is a high-tensile structural fastener specially matched for highway guardrail systems. It is manufactured from premium Q235 carbon steel via quenching and tempering treatment, reaching Grade 8.8 high strength standard with tensile strength up to 800MPa, which ensures stable connection performance under heavy load and vehicle impact without fracture or thread slipping.
All bolt bodies and threads adopt full hot-dip galvanized treatment with zinc coating thickness 60–120μm. The uniform zinc layer delivers excellent resistance to salt spray, acid and alkali vapor, keeping rust-free in long-term outdoor humid, coastal and riverside road environments, greatly reducing later maintenance cost of road safety barriers.
Standard M16 metric thread is precisely machined, perfectly matched with supporting hot-dip galvanized M16 nuts, flat washers and spring washers for smooth on-site assembly. It is widely compatible with 2-wave/3-wave guardrail plate, spacer bracket, cable barrier, U/C channel open guard post and riverside U-type safety railing.
Flexible Packing Solution
Two packing options for customer selection: plastic bag packing for lightweight bulk shipment, and sturdy carton box packing to prevent extrusion and scratch during long sea transportation, protecting complete zinc coating surface. We support customized single package weight according to project order demand.
