Hot dip galvanized welded H steel column is heavy-duty prefabricated structural steel member fabricated by welding channel steel or steel plates into H cross-section, with thick connection flange plates fully welded at both ends and pre-drilled anchor bolt holes. After all welding and machining procedures are completed in factory, the whole pillar goes through integral hot dip galvanized anti-corrosion treatment with uniform 60–120μm zinc coating, effectively resisting rainwater, coastal salt mist, road deicing salt and industrial chemical corrosion for long-term outdoor service.
The H-shaped cross-section delivers excellent vertical load capacity and lateral wind resistance, widely used as main foundation support for photovoltaic power stations, highway guardrail structures and factory steel buildings. End flanges enable full bolted connection on site without field welding, greatly shortening construction cycle and lowering high-altitude operation risks.
Full customization is available for column total length, H section size, flange dimension, hole layout and steel thickness according to construction drawings. Finished columns are bundled with steel straps, and flange faces are protected by foam wrap to avoid galvanized layer damage during transportation.
