1.Optimal T60/C40 blend, wrinkle-resistant & easy-care: The polyester-cotton ratio gives structured crispness with breathable comfort. The twill weave adds extra wrinkle resistance — stays sharp with little to no ironing.
2.Soft & moisture-absorbing:Two-stage washing, open-width scouring, and moisture absorption treatment leave the fabric clean, soft, and more absorbent than standard poly-cotton — comfortable against the skin all day.
The polyester frame is wrinkle-resistant, and the multi-arm jacquard structure itself is more durable than plain weave, so it stays neat even after washing without ironing.
3.Durable & shape-retaining: 100D polyester filament in the warp adds tensile strength. The twill structure resists abrasion. Post-finish stentering locks in dimensional stability — no shrinkage or warping after repeated washes.
