HLSG Wet Mixing Granulator

Powder materials are loaded into the mixing bowl, where they are rapidly blended by the main impeller to achieve a homogeneous mixture. A binder solution is then uniformly sprayed into the powder bed while mixing continues. The high-speed chopper breaks up agglomerates and promotes the formation of dense, uniform wet granules. After granulation, the product is discharged for drying or further processing.
