Complete powder mixer with loading and unloading device HD mixing set designed for efficient pharmaceutical powder handling. The integrated vacuum loading conveyor and pneumatic discharge valve system enables dust-free powder transfer from IBC containers into the mixing chamber and automated discharge after blending, reducing manual handling in GMP environments.
Working Principle
The mixing set integrates the HD high-efficiency multi-directional mixer with automated loading and unloading systems. Powder is vacuum-conveyed directly from drums into the sealed mixing chamber. After the high-speed impeller completes the rapid blending cycle, products discharge through a pneumatically controlled bottom valve for complete batch recovery and quick changeover.
