Product Description
The High-Efficiency Falling Film Evaporator is an advanced thermal separation system designed for the continuous concentration, evaporation, and recovery of heat-sensitive liquids. By allowing the liquid to flow as a thin film along the inner surface of heat transfer tubes, the equipment achieves rapid heat transfer, short residence time, and high evaporation efficiency while minimizing product degradation.
This evaporator is widely used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, biotechnology, environmental protection, and fine chemical industries for concentrating solutions, recovering solvents, and reducing energy consumption in production processes.
