ASME U Stamp Vertical Thin Film Evaporator Nickel Based Alloy Copper Alloy
The Thin Film Evaporator (TFE), also known as a Wiped Film Evaporator, combined with Short Path Distillation (SPD) technology, is an advanced thermal separation system designed for the purification, concentration, and molecular distillation of heat-sensitive, high-boiling-point, and high-viscosity materials.
Operating under high vacuum conditions, the system forms a thin liquid film on the heated evaporation surface through a rotating wiper mechanism. This significantly reduces residence time and minimizes thermal degradation, allowing efficient separation of valuable compounds with excellent product quality and recovery rates.
Short Path Distillation technology further enhances separation efficiency by reducing the distance between the evaporation surface and the internal condenser. Molecules travel directly to the condenser under high vacuum, enabling gentle processing of thermally sensitive products.
