Modern Agriculture PE Greenhouse Film Anti Drip UV Resistant Polyethylene Film
Premium PE Greenhouse Film with Anti Drip and UV Protection for Modern Agriculture
Product description:
Anti-drip and anti-fogging PE film is made of LDPE polyethylene as the base material and produced by a three-layer co-extrusion process. It contains three core additives: anti-drip agent, anti-fogging agent, and anti-aging and UV protection agent. It has two basic functions: anti-drip and anti-fogging. It is commonly known as a double-protection film and is the most commonly used functional PE film for greenhouses.
Technical Parameters:
| Light Transmittance | 85%-90% |
| Anti-fog & Anti-drip Duration | ≥36 Months |
| UV Blocking Rate | ≥ 95% |
| Tensile Strength | ≥20 MPa |
| temperature resistance | -30°C to 80° |
| Service Life | 2-5 years |
Advantages:
1. Anti-drip effect, preventing water droplets from damaging seedlings.**
Large water droplets will not condense on the inner wall of the greenhouse film. Water droplets slide off the film and onto the soil at the edge of the greenhouse, preventing damage to seedlings, petals, and fruit spots, thus reducing fruit and leaf rot.
2. Anti-fogging and light-transmitting, improving light penetration inside the greenhouse.**
Ordinary non-anti-fogging greenhouse films create a white fog inside at low temperatures, blocking sunlight. The double-protection film inhibits fog droplet suspension, allowing for higher light transmission and faster temperature rise, which is beneficial for crop photosynthesis and reduces weak seedlings.
3. UV-resistant, aging-resistant, and durable.**
Added UV stabilizers resist sun aging. With normal use, it lasts 12-24 months. It is not easily cracked by sun exposure and has better wind resistance than ordinary PE white film.
4. Reduced incidence of diseases inside the greenhouse.**
Fogging and dripping water are the root causes of high humidity, leading to the prevalence of downy mildew and gray mold. The anti-fogging and anti-drip effect significantly reduces humidity inside the greenhouse, reducing diseases and pesticide use.
Product Application:
1. Cold sheds for various spring and autumn vegetables.
Main greenhouses for fresh vegetables such as cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, green beans, lettuce, and cabbage; essential for vegetables grown in high-humidity environments.
2. Greenhouses for melons and fruits.
Greenhouses for watermelons, cantaloupes, and strawberries; prevents dripping water from causing blemishes on the fruit surface and improves fruit quality.
3. Rain shelters for fruit trees.
Simple rain shelters for grapes, cherries, peaches, and kiwifruit; reduce diseases caused by high humidity after rain.
4. Small arched greenhouses for seedling cultivation.
Early spring seedling cultivation for vegetables, flowers, and saplings; prevents dripping water from scorching tender seedlings and improves germination rate.
