Greenhouse EVA Plastic Film Anti Drip Anti Fog Plastic Cover For Agriculture
EVA Greenhouse Film Anti Drip Anti Fog Agricultural Cover
Product description:
EVA greenhouse film is a functional greenhouse film made primarily of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), compounded with anti-aging, anti-drip, anti-fogging, heat-insulating, and light-converting agents, and blown into shape. The higher the vinyl acetate (VA) content, the better the heat preservation, light transmission, and anti-drip effects. It belongs to the mid-to-high-end agricultural greenhouse film, with performance between ordinary PE film and PO film, and is the mainstream material for winter-warm greenhouses.
Technical Parameters:
| Light Transmittance | 88%-93% |
| Anti-fog & Anti-drip Duration | ≥36 Months |
| UV Blocking Rate | 85%-99% |
| Tensile Strength | ≥20-30 MPa |
| Elongation at Break | ≥400%-700% |
| Service Life | 2-5 years |
Advantages:
1. Excellent Heat Insulation Performance: Its infrared blocking ability is far superior to pure PE film, locking in heat inside the greenhouse at night and reducing temperature differences during cold winters, making it suitable for frost protection of overwintering crops.
2. Soft Light Transmission and High Photosynthetic Efficiency: High light transmittance with moderate UV penetration ensures even fruit coloring; when combined with light-converting agents, it can convert light energy, increasing yield and improving quality.
3. Long-Lasting Anti-Drip and Anti-Fogging Effect: EVA has strong polarity and good compatibility with anti-drip agents, resulting in a long anti-fogging and anti-dripping period, significantly reducing downy mildew and gray mold diseases in high humidity environments.
4. Good Low-Temperature Flexibility and Toughness: It does not harden or crack easily in low winter temperatures, making it less prone to damage during laying and removing in cold northern winters, and it has stronger wind resistance.
Product Application:
1. Winter Greenhouse.
Tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, strawberries, nectarines, and other winter fruits and vegetables rely on excellent insulation to withstand the low temperatures of winter.
2. High-Value Fruit and Vegetable Greenhouse.
Grapes, cherries, melons, and ginseng fruit require stable light and low humidity to improve sweetness and appearance.
3. Flower and Medicinal Herb Greenhouse.
Orchids, roses, blueberries, and Panax notoginseng, and other cash crops sensitive to temperature and humidity, benefit from greenhouses to reduce disease and increase yield.
