EVA Greenhouse Film Long Lasting Anti Fog Plastic Cover For Farming
EVA Greenhouse Plastic Film with Long Lasting Anti Fog Effect
Product description:
This functional winter greenhouse film uses EVA resin as its base material, is co-extruded and blow-molded, and contains long-lasting anti-drip agents, anti-fogging agents, anti-aging agents, and heat-insulating additives. Utilizing the inherent polarity of EVA, these additives are less prone to sedimentation and shedding, effectively solving the two major problems of dripping and white fog inside the greenhouse. Simultaneously, it also possesses the excellent heat insulation and low-temperature tear resistance of EVA, significantly improving anti-drip and anti-fogging effects compared to ordinary PE anti-drip films.
Technical Parameters:
| Light Transmittance | 88%-93% |
| Anti-fog & Anti-drip Duration | ≥36 Months |
| UV Blocking Rate | 85%-99% |
| Tensile Strength | ≥20-30 MPa |
| Elongation at Break | ≥400%-700% |
| Service Life | 2-5 years |
Advantages:
1. Long-lasting anti-drip and anti-fogging effect, reducing crop diseases: Good substrate compatibility ensures long-lasting adjuvant protection without leakage. No dripping from the roof or diffuse white fog, preventing water droplets from falling and reducing the incidence of gray mold, downy mildew, and fungal diseases, thus reducing pesticide use.
2. Excellent heat retention, suitable for overwintering: Blocks infrared heat loss from the ground, resulting in a nighttime greenhouse temperature 2-4°C higher than ordinary PE film. Provides excellent frost protection and cold snap resistance in northern winters, reducing frozen fruit and stunted seedlings.
3. High and soft light transmission, increasing yield and quality: High light transmittance, no fog layer obstructing light, stable light throughout the day; even fruit coloring, higher sugar accumulation, and better appearance of strawberries, tomatoes, and melons.
Product Application:
1. Northern Sunlight and Winter-Warm Greenhouse.
Important for overwintering tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, strawberries, nectarines, cherry tomatoes, and other off-season fruits and vegetables. Winter insulation and fog prevention are essential.
2. Arched Greenhouse in High-Humidity and Rainy Areas.
In southern regions with frequent rainy days and heavy fog inside, a long-lasting anti-drip effect prevents condensation, suitable for melons, grapes, dragon fruit, and leafy vegetables.
3. Special Greenhouse for Seedling Cultivation.
For cultivating vegetable and fruit tree seedlings, a high-humidity environment reduces fogging and dripping, improving seedling survival rates.
